Her leadership supports strong workflow management, fast turnaround times, and effective coordination between stakeholders.
Dallas Telford
Managing Director
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nationwide Assessing, overseeing claims management, valuations, and motor assessing services. Dallas manages workflows, systems, and team performance to ensure efficient turnaround times, accurate assessments, and consistent service delivery in line with insurer requirements.
Specialising in motor assessing across light vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, and mechanical claims, Dallas also focus's on quality control, process improvement, and delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes for clients and their customers.
Rod Hyland
Motor Assessor
Rod has been assessing since 1991 and has sound knowledge of automobile structure and the results that impact causes. He is an NZTA Certifier and qualified panel beater with over 30 years’ experience in panel repair, machinery, heavy motor repair, structural fabrication, crash and paint work, auto dismantling and importation and assessing.
Rod specialises in Heavy Motor and Machinery , Public Liability, Building, and Motor Vehicle assessments.
Jason Ross
Motor Assessor
Jason is an experienced assessor specialising in motor vehicle assessments. With a strong background as a qualified panel beater, he brings valuable hands-on expertise to every evaluation.
As an NZTA Light Vehicle Certifier, Jason ensures all assessments meet the highest standards of safety and quality. His practical knowledge and attention to detail make him a trusted and reliable resource in the industry.
CJ Telford
Marketing Manager
CJ is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Nationwide Assessing’s services and strengthen brand presence across New Zealand. This includes managing digital content, website updates, campaigns, and communications to support business growth and client engagement.
CJ's focus is placed on clear, consistent messaging, lead generation, and maintaining a strong, professional brand identity across all platforms.

John specialises in Heavy Motor Machinery and agriculture equipment assessments. John is an automotive mechanic by trade and has extensive experience in insurance with FMG and NZI.
